How do I Start?

All you need for either Muay Thai or Fitness is comfortable appropriate training clothes.  Shorts and T shirt are fine.  

For Thai Boxing you will need your own gloves and protective equipment, but there is no rush to go out and spend a fortune before starting.

Muay Thai is a great way to get fit and we have many people in various stages of their fitness journey.  The most important thing is to take it at your own pace and don't push yourself too hard, too fast, too soon.

Jon is qualified in nutrition and weight training for weight loss.  As part of your training we can calculate your BMI (to give an idea of norms) & your specific body fat measurements.  This information, along with your food diary, allows us to give you very specific information in order to meet your weight loss and training requirements.

Jon is a Level 3 qualified (and fully insured) Personal Trainer, he can work with you in person at our location, at your home (or garden), or in a public place.  He also offers remote personal training plans for you to work through in your own time, or even sessions via Zoom/Facebook Messenger etc.

The first stage of the process is a conversation where your needs and how best to meet them are discussed.  Following that discussion you can make a decision about working together.

Unfortunately not, due to current Covid restrictions all sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.  All sessions have reduced sizes and are socially distanced.
